Viruses are becoming an increasing burden in the working environment with up

man-hours and in some cases the machine itself. This regular check enables
TechKnow to make sure that your system is protected at a specified time however TechKnow will not guarantee that an infiltration or the contamination of
an environment by a virus could / would not happen.
1 Hour Guaranteed Response Time
No matter what the severity of the problem, there is a guaranteed maximum
response time to your call which is 1 hour.
Site Visits
The remote support facility will always be the first avenue used to resolve any
issues.
In some circumstances it will not be possible to resolve your issue remotely so
an onsite engineer’s visit will be required.
